Yoga Classes

Remember yourself through gentle, accessible movement. Become comfortable in your body and become comfortable taking up space. Remember how good your body can feel.

Join me for two 30-40 minute gentle yoga classes each week. Designed for the inflexible, the busy, the chronically ill, or just the beginner, these classes welcome all bodies to simply move together in friendship twice a week.

Virtual classes take place online, meeting you where you are.

Do I need anything special? Ideally I’d recommend a yoga mat, (This is one I’m currently using.), blocks, and a strap. A bolster or blanket may be useful at the end of our sessions. However, you’re also welcome to substitute books for your blocks, and a belt for the strap. Start where you’re at. I’ve got you!

Rejuvenation Sessions

Slow down and rediscover yourself with three rejuvenation sessions each week. These 15-minute classes are designed to be the short bite of serenity you need in the middle of your work day. Get away. Get relaxed. Get clear.

Classes use a variety of modalities from yoga and pranayama to EFT-TFT or meditation. No matter what we choose, we’ll always focus on slowing down and coming back to ourselves.

Virtual classes take place online, meeting you where you are.

Do I need anything special? Find a quiet place where you can get away for a little bit. For the yoga or movement days, I recommend a yoga mat and any props such as blocks or a strap, but for the most part any asanas will be gentle.
