Garden Update

by Mary Caelsto | Jul 10, 2017 | food, gardening, homestead stuff, invisible illness, mental health

There’s something about trying to garden when you’re in the midst of a fibro flare, morbidly depressed, and being a beyond full-time 24/7 caretaker that kind of makes it fail. Funny how that works with no time to weed or do any basic garden maintenance. My...

About Me

As your Farm-To-Table Intuitive Foodie Coach, I bring my love of farm fresh foods (and chickens!) to your table so you can ignore the "should"s and what "they say" about food in order to feel better about what you eat and use your intuition to guide your health.

I'm a strong disability advocate who believes that you should eat what makes your body feel good. We're unique, and so is the food that we need. So let's cut through the crap and quit stressing over what we are eating. Let's find joy in food again. After all, food happens!

About Me

A farm girl at heart, Mary's love of backyard gardening and local foods started with her grandma's garden and her great-grandparents' farm. Since her move to the Ozarks, she shares her homestead with an expanding garden (for produce), chickens, ducks, and geese (for eggs), and a menagerie of animals including spoiled horses and a not-so-itty-bitty-kitty-committe.
